Norman Hawn, CAE
Norm Hawn is owner and CEO of Agile Stones. Norm has held many diverse positions in his 30+ year career as an executive and consultant in the association space. Norm has held the position of President for a small nonprofit, Management Consultant, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Security Office, Vice President of Adminstration and Captain in the Merchant Marines.

His diverse resume has allowed Norm to look at business and technology as being one and the same. As a senior manager, Norm was selected to open an office in London for a 700 person staff consulting firm, and was instrumental in securing the first customer in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Norm holds a Bachelor's of Science in Information Systems and has developed and built successful teams across multiple industries. He has presented at the ASAE Technology conference and has published articles on Succession Planning, Security and Effective Leadership.

Prior to entering the business realm, Norm was a licensed Captain operating Dinner Cruise ships, private charters, and delivering yachts.

Johnnie Parker
Johnnie Mae Parker is COO and Practice Director. She is a proven leader with over 30 years of experience in the management of people, programs, and resources. Skilled in the art of leadership, project management, process management, software development & engineering and information technology. Her drive for excellence is contagious as she successfully mentors, encourages and nurtures people. She is recognized as an effective teacher and communicator who uses innovative approaches to problem-solving.

In her most recent position Johnnie developed the Project Management Office (PMO) at Prison Fellowship.

Johnnie has over 28 years experience in the management of large software development and engineering projects for Verizon Communications and the Department of Defense. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Physics, reinforced by continuous education and training in leadership, project management, and software engineering.
