Agile Stones was originally founded in 2004 as Rathan Consulting. The original focus was on technology and CIO management. As technology innovation and business became synonymous it became apparent that focusing on technology addressed only part of an organizations needs.

As the aging work force and generational rifts become more apparent with time, an agile approach to organizational planning becomes necessary. Agile Stones knows the technology, what motivates the generations, and brings them together to achieve success.
